a reminder that you’re not alone

and a little encouragement goes a long way

Hello again from Lake Ohird 🇲🇰

I’ve been loving the slower pace here.

The long walks at the lake, cycling through the town, the stillness of the mornings and the feeling of actually being somewhere rather than passing through.

But something else has been sitting with me this week:
I’ve watched a few running events recently, and what stuck with me most wasn’t the runners.

It was the people cheering on the sidelines.

Strangers clapping, shouting encouragement, holding signs, handing out high-fives to anyone who needed a boost.

It reminded me how powerful support can be…
even (especially) when it’s coming from someone you don’t know.

The simple act of being seen, of having someone in your corner,
can change everything 🤍

This newsletter is here to help with that: a gentle pause in your inbox, once a week.
