💙 Something that’s been helping me lately
I’ve been using Shreddy Supergreens — a simple daily blend with 22 vitamins, probiotics, and adaptogens. Easy to add to water or smoothies (especially on travel days when vegetables don’t happen often!).

🌿 note to self
You don’t have to live every day like you’re on holiday just because it’s summer.
Let those small moments be enough.
This summer, i’ve been living right by a lake. And it’s been SO beautiful, but the truth is, many of my days are filled with either work, life admin or the general little routines that fill up our regular lives.
Sometimes, I catch myself feeling guilty for not “making the most” of it, as if I should be out exploring or soaking up every sunset 24-7.
But here’s what I’m learning: enjoying summer doesn’t have to mean grand adventures. Some of my favourite moments are the simplest. I love eating dinner outside on the balcony or reading with my feet up.
It’s about noticing what’s already here :)
📝 something to do
What’s one small thing you can savour this week?
Here are a few ideas:
Eat something seasonal (peaches, tomatoes, berries) and really enjoy it
Sit outside for five minutes and listen to the sounds around you
Notice the way sunlight moves across your space during the day
Make a simple summer drink and sip it slowly (I recently made this)
Pause to feel gratitude for one ordinary, imperfect moment
