🌿 note to self
It doesn’t have to be all or nothing.
You don’t have to completely unplug to feel more rested.
You don’t have to overhaul your life to feel more grounded.
Small steps matter.
Tiny shifts in how you start your morning.
A few deep breaths before a meeting.
One quiet moment where you pause to take in everything around you!
These moments might seem small.
But they add up.
📝 something to do
A 5-minute reset for when you’re feeling scattered:
Step away from your screen.
Grab a drink (coffee, tea, water - whatever you fancy)
Sit somewhere not your desk (balcony, sofa, kitchen table).
No phone, no to-do list.
Just sit, sip, and look around for a few minutes.
That’s it.
It’s not a productivity hack.
It’s just a small way to break the loop and come back to yourself.
😍 something that sparked joy
This week, I woke up earlier than usual land headed straight into nature. No phone first thing, just fresh air, a lot of green and even a cold plunge in the natural pools nearby. So refreshing and it helped set the tone for the whole day.
Simple, refreshing, and a reminder of how good the small things can feel.
💭 How was your weekend? (hit reply, I read every email)
See you next week,
Sam
as always, stay slow & present 🌿
