Now, on to the good stuff 👇️

🧠 things to read (or do) instead of doomscrolling
[PRODUCTIVE] How doing nothing can make you more productive →
[RITUAL] Tiny rituals for daily survival →
🌀 Feeling a little out of sync lately?
This might help.
A Quantum Human Design™ reading can help you reconnect with your energy and understand how you’re truly wired to make decisions.
Nadia’s 1-hour session will guide you through:
✨ How your energy is designed to move through the world
✨ Your natural decision-making style (gut, emotion, etc)
✨ What energises you and what drains you
✨ Gentle shifts to support your emotional well-being
It’s a powerful way to release the ‘shoulds’ and start living more in alignment with who you really are.
🧠💛 Use the code ‘Balanced Living’ for $50 off your session.
If you're even a little bit curious, I genuinely recommend booking with Nadia →

🌿 note to self
Stop rushing between moments.
The space between things is where you actually live.
I noticed something this week while moving between activities. Instead of immediately diving into the next thing, I started taking three conscious breaths - just three.
It sounds almost too simple, but there’s something so nice about that small pause.
It's like giving yourself permission to arrive fully in the next moment instead of carrying the energy of what just happened.
We must rush through so many transitions during the day. Leaving the house. Finishing a meal. Closing the laptop. What if we noticed these moments instead of racing past them?
📝 something to do
This week, try the "three-breath transition" between activities.
Before you:
Start a new task
Answer your phone
Walk into your home
Open a new browser tab
Begin eating
Take three breaths and notice how it feels to arrive fully in the next moment.
💭 How was this week’s newsletter? (hit reply, I read every email)
See you next week,
Sam
as always, stay slow & present 🌿
