Now, on to the good stuff 👇️

🧠 things to read (or do) instead of doomscrolling
✍️ Mid-year journaling prompts
The perfect excuse to pause and reflect on how the year’s felt so far — and what you want from the next few months.
🌼 The art of noticing everything
Beautiful thoughts on how to be more present by slowing down and paying attention to what’s already around you.
🦸♀️ Everyone’s the hero of their own story
A short read that helped me reframe frustration with others and myself.
🌀 Feeling a little out of sync lately?
This might help.
A Quantum Human Design™ reading can help you reconnect with your energy and understand how you’re truly wired to make decisions.
Nadia’s 1-hour session will guide you through:
✨ How your energy is designed to move through the world
✨ Your natural decision-making style (gut, emotion, etc)
✨ What energises you and what drains you
✨ Gentle shifts to support your emotional well-being
It’s a powerful way to release the ‘shoulds’ and start living more in alignment with who you really are.
🧠💛 Use the code ‘Balanced Living’ for $50 off your session.
If you're even a little bit curious, I recommend booking with Nadia →

🌿 note to self
There’s no rule that says you need to finish the year the same way you started it.
You’re allowed to shift.
You’re allowed to try again.
You’re allowed to want something different.
Small changes can open big doors.
📝 something to do
Pick just one question from the mid-year journaling prompts and write about it this week. No pressure to answer them all, even one reflection can be enough to help you feel clearer and more grounded.
Or if journaling isn’t your thing…
Just notice one small change you’ve made this year.
Pause and honour it. That matters too 🙂
😍 something that sparked joy
I spent a morning reading outside with a cold drink, then wandered to a market nearby with no plans. Without my phone, or music, just walking, noticing, and being.
The day wasn’t super “productive,” but it felt full in all the right ways.
💭 What’s one thing you could make easier this week? (hit reply, I read every email)
See you next week,
Sam
as always, stay slow & present 🌿
